These additives are mainly added to the cracking catalyst in the form of additives, which play a role in supplementing the deficiencies of the cracking catalyst in some aspects, and are flexible in use, and can be activated or deactivated or adjusted at any time according to specific conditions. And all replace the catalyst in the device.

1. Octane number additives

The function of octane number additives is to increase the octane number of cracked gasoline. Its main active component is a medium pore shape selective molecular sieve, the most commonly used is ZSM-5 molecular sieve.

2. Metal passivator

Heavy metals (in the form of organometallic compounds) in the cracked feed can poison the catalyst. The function of the passivating agent is to deactivate the harmful metal on the catalyst, thereby reducing its toxic effect.

3. CO combustion accelerant

The function of CO combustion-supporting agent is to promote the oxidation of CO to CO2, reduce the CO content in the exhaust flue gas, help reduce pollution, recover a large amount of heat that should be generated during scorching, and increase the regeneration temperature of the regenerator, thereby increasing the The scorching rate reduces the carbon content of the regenerant, improves the activity and selectivity of the regenerant, and is beneficial to improve the yield of light oil. As the temperature of the regenerator is increased, the amount of catalyst circulating can be reduced somewhat.
